That’s why at Orchard View Care Services Ltd, our employees aren’t simply care assistants, they are educated and experienced people who come from wide ranging diverse backgrounds. We encourage our staff to bring these abilities and interests to work to inspire, connect and enrich the interactions they have with each other and the people we support.
The services we provide are for adults (18+) with autism and or learning disabilities and associated / co-morbid complex conditions and registered with the Care Quality Commission as per the Regulated Activity of Providing Personal Care to individuals living in their own homes.
Our aims in achieving our Objectives are always that:

This includes involving friends and family as equal partners (as appropriate).The professionals we employ are as agreed and directed by the service user as far as is appropriate and practicably possible.
